SMF series is 200W, reverse voltage:5V~220V surface Transient Voltage Suppressor with in SOD-123FL package. SMF14.0CAT is 14V Reverse Voltage,20A Peak Forward Surge Current diode. The main feature is for surface mounted applications in order to optimize board space,low profile package,glass passivated junction,low inductance,plastic package has Underwriters Laboratory Flammability and 1 Level MSL.
